Our Facility.
The total area of the mushroom facility is 18000 square meters, located next to the railway and the municipal highway, which ensures an uninterrupted supply of raw materials and guarantees timely delivery of products to distributors.
A full technological cycle for growing mushrooms, including the facility for the preparation of raw materials (blocks), a mycelia laboratory, an incubator with an area of 1000 square meters, 12 greenhouses equipped with an automatic climate control system, the facilities for packing finished products and processing mushrooms (blanching, drying), refrigerators for storing fresh products.
Vacuum cooling of the fresh mushrooms. This approach to the pre-sale preparation of mushrooms before packaging gives us the possibility of storage without loss of quality for up to 14 days for shiitake and 10 days for oyster mushrooms.
The power supply system is equipped with its own transformer station for 630 kW, which makes it possible to accommodate additional production capacities. The farm is equipped with a diesel generator, which ensures an uninterrupted technological process.
Water supply is provided by the municipal water source as well as wells located on the farm. Mushroom farm has its own refrigerator trucks, loaders, tractors, and electric cars.
Our expert compost makers and growers are constantly monitoring and managing a tight set of conditions – from the air temperature to humidity and carbon dioxide levels. Their goal is to grow the optimum number of strong, healthy mushrooms that stay fresher for longer.

The production building, with an area of 600 m2, includes a site for the production of substrate blocks, a clean zone (as part of the inoculation site, micellar laboratory and micellar incubator), as well as office space.

The Finished Goods Warehouse, with an area of 300 m2, also includes a vacuum cleaner, an intermediate warehouse, a packaging workshop, a processing workshop and change houses with a canteen for staff.

Growing chamber (greenhouse), organized on a concrete base, has a layer of insulation, film coating. Equipped with lighting, ventilation and humidification system.

The air preparation compartment in each greenhouse is equipped with a greenhouse humidifier, an adiabatic panel, a heat pump with a chiller.
